The Partners

George Manolescue FCA FCCA Managing Partner

George qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1976.

Early in 1978 George started working with the dental profession and his extensive expertise has, over the years, helped clients to find solutions to the challenges of their practices and develop extraordinary businesses for themselves.

George's focus is strategic planning and comprehensive development of individual practices, the business owners and their teams.

He particularly enjoys transferring his enthusiasm for new opportunities in the dental marketplace to as many members of the profession as possible.

Nick Stewart ACA FCCA Finance Partner/Business Adviser

A practising Chartered & Certified Accountant for over 20 years, Nick joined the team in 1994, having worked for a number of years with one of the top five worldwide accountancy firms.

Nick joined George in partnership in 2000 and advises clients on all aspects of their business affairs.

His areas of expertise include accounting, business plans, cashflows and benchmarking. He also works closely with other specialist members of the team to provide a complete and thorough service to our clients.

Harry Winter MA (Cantab) ATTII AFA Tax Partner

Harry joined Dental Business Solutions following relocation to the South in 2005, after many years in Yorkshire.

He was educated at King James School, Knaresbough and at Christ's College, Cambridge where he read history. He later entered the accountancy profession and then became a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Harry is committed to ensuring that you are made aware of the importance of sound tax planning throughout your working lives and into retirement.
